Mr. Majed bin Abdulrahman

Mr. Majed bin Abdulrahman, a Dubai-based business leader, is the Group Chief Executive Officer with over 20 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in the UAE, having served in senior roles as Chairman and CEO across multiple organizations. He began his career with a well-known foreign world-leading bank, gaining strong expertise in finance, governance, and international business, before transitioning into the hospitality and tourism sector, where he developed deep operational and commercial insight. He later moved into entrepreneurship, successfully establishing and leading businesses in hospitality and tourism, real estate development, and HR and staffing solutions, with a particular focus on Dubai. Known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep understanding of the UAE business environment, Mr. Majed continues to drive sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term value creation across the group in alignment with the UAE’s national vision.
A people strategist with over two decades of experience across global markets, Javeed has been empowering teams, building trusted partnerships, and shaping new markets with purpose. Focused on turning strategy into impact by aligning people, operations, and innovation to create sustainable growth and shared success has been instrumental in helping organizations unlock performance and growth.
He has led large-scale programs in organization design, change management, and culture transformation, enabling businesses to scale, improve productivity, and achieve excellence. Widely respected for his ability to align people practices with business goals.
